St Helens half-back Jonny Lomax is the new Man of Steel leader after collecting maximum points for a third straight week in round five.
Lomax was given three points for another influential display in Saints’ victory over Leigh Centurions, taking him one clear of Sam Tomkins.
The Catalans Dragons full-back was awarded two points for his contribution to his side’s win at Wakefield Trinity.
Zak Hardaker missed out last week but Jordan Abdull picked up another point after pulling the strings for Hull KR against Warrington Wolves.
Castleford Tigers hooker Paul McShane is level with Abdull on seven points after winning the man of the match award in the win over Salford Red Devils.
