Organisers behind the upcoming Craft Beer and Food Truck Festival at Rouken Glen Park have announced a mouthwatering lineup of food vendors set to descend on the East Renfrewshire park.
The likes of brilliant burritos, spicy pakora and handmade smoked hot dogs will be on offer alongside a whole host of Scotland's best craft brewers for a hugely-anticipated weekend on September 18 and 19.
Complementing this will be a "superb" line-up of DJs and acts, including a few "surprise guests" to provide the atmosphere.
So for foodies across the city, you might want to put the dates in your diary - there's some well-known food trucks from across city joining those which have made an impression elsewhere in the country too.
Here's who the organisers have announced:
Kochchi
From the brainchild of two "Scot Lankan" friends, comes Kochchi! The Sri Lankan street food, served from the snazzy converted trailer, will be bringing and explosion of flavour, spices and colour to the event!
Bonnie Burrito
Bonnie Burrito from bonnie Edinburgh will be serving up healthy, delicious and colourful Mexican street food to the hungry masses at Rouken Glen Park. Haggis, homemade guacamole and mango and Habanero burrito, anyone?
Woodburn's Espresso Pizza Bar
Woodburn's serves scrummy pizza straight from their wood-fired ovens to festival goers all over the UK! Based in the Highlands, this family of pizza and coffee enthusiasts are brining their craft to us for the CBaFTF.
Pakora Explorer
A purveyor of fine Pakora from family recipes and other homemade specialities all lovingly made from a converted a 1999 Pegasus horse box! Pakora and beer? Perfect combination!
Stag Bites The Hog
Specialising in slow cooked and smoked meats (and the occasional burger) served up from their 73’ street food truck Ronnie, this bright orange truck is style and substance!
Mac Love
Mac 'n' cheese is Scotland's favourite pasta dish and if it isn't it should be! We have THE BEST mac 'n' cheese experts coming along to the festival. Mac, made with love! And cheese...
The Caravan Of Courage
Stunning food made with 100% plant based ingredients. We know there will be many non vegans queuing up for this truck too!
Brigston & Co.
Handmade Craft Smoked Hot Dogs made with Scottish Farm Assured beef and pork and their secret blend of ten herbs and spices! You can try and guess their recipe after enjoying their posh dogs!
Bangkok Bistronomie
Having started out with a Thai food store in Paris in 2017, Bangkok Bistronomie is now bringing the best of Thai cuisine to UK festivals with the likes of Pad Thai, spring rolls and chicken satay.
And of course, importantly there will be plenty of beer being poured by local brewers such as Overtone Brewery, Simple Things Fermentation, Ride Brewery, Dead End Brew Machine, Acid Brewing Cartel, Hidden Lane Brewery, Boden Brewing and Dookit Brewing Co.
Ahead of the festival, organisers say: "Whoever you are, whoever you're with, you'll find a home for the weekend with us.
"And you certainly won’t be at a loss for mischief to make… we’ve got something for EVERYONE.

The festival takes place at Rouken Glen Park from 1pm until 9pm.
Tickets are available from £6 and go on sale 9am tomorrow (April 22).
