A disgruntled man has blasted the state his ex-neighbour left his back garden in, claiming the back garden is plagued by rats, a mountain of rubbish and an abandoned bathtub.
Roy Bradley, 61, has complained that the problem at the Stockton, Teesside property is having a “detrimental effect” on his health.
When he moved into the next door rented house, around three years ago, the neighbouring property was unoccupied, and remains so to this day, Teesside Live reports.
He described the terraced house as "rancid and rotten to bits" and told how he is experiencing dampness through the walls and had to move his TV away from the sockets to avoid fire hazards, as well as discovering “dead rats and pigeons” in his yard.

The pile is now "nearly the height of the wall" with a bathtub, toilet seat and carpets amongst other waste creating a haven for rats ad pigeons.
“It's absolutely dilapidated and overrun with rats and pigeons," Roy said.
“A cowboy came in and cleaned it out but dumped it all in the backyard.
“Now it’s all just festering. There’s household rubbish and furniture - it’s a disgrace.”
“It's rancid and rotten to bits,” he added.
Roy claims he has previously complained to Stockton Council and Environmental Health over the issue, but to no avail.
The windows at the back to the terraced house have been left wide open, with only the downstairs window frame visible.
Images of the abandoned house show bare floorboards, partly stripped wallpaper and what appears to be a mattress stood in the corner of the dining room.
A bucket, paint tin and rubbish bag are also strewn across the living room floor.
Stockton Council has been contacted for comment.
