Rotherham United look set to win the race for Hakeeb Adelakun.
The winger is available to leave Bristol City on loan this month having made just five appearances for the Robins since joining from Scunthorpe United in July 2018.
His progress last season was hampered by an ankle injury that occurred shortly after joining the Robins, and he is yet to make an appearance this season.
Yet he impressed for the Iron in League One in 2017/18, and there has been a lot of interest in taking the 23-year-old on loan in January.
and Doncaster Rovers were also said to be keen.
Yet Sky Sports report that Rotherham have won the race for his loan signing in a deal that should be concluded in the next 24 to 48 hours.
The Millers currently sit second in League One following their relegation from the Championship last season.
Paul Warne's side previously took Zak Vyner on loan from the Robins last season.
