Ross Tierney move to Motherwell confirmed as he pens three-and-a-half-year deal

Bohemians ace Ross Tierney has signed for Scottish club Motherwell, it has been confirmed.

Tierney starred for Bohemians this season and has long been linked to the Scottish club and the move has now been confirmed.

The Republic of Ireland Under 21's move will be official on the 1 January as the transfer window opens.

And Motherwell boss Graham Alexander said of the move:

“We’re really looking forward to Ross joining the club in January

“He’s a young player who has had a couple of excellent seasons with Bohemians and his national squad.

“His attributes will fit in perfectly with how we play and his potential is unlimited at this stage of his career.

“He’s already met the squad and is excited about the move. We mirror those feelings.”
