The model, 33, ditched makeup for her brief solo outing however Rosie made sure to bring her A fashion game nonetheless.
The star - who is engaged to actor Jason Statham - nailed the casual chic ensemble as she opted for a black oversized long coat which she teamed with a scarf of the same colour.
Rosie slung a brown crossbody satchel bag over her shoulder which she teamed with black combat boots.
The model tied her locks in a low bun for her outing.
Rosie has been seen out in London more frequently after she and Jason decided to wave goodbye to Los Angeles to relocate in London's affluent Chelsea.
The power couple are said to have splashed out £7.5million on a plush listed property to raise their two-year-old son Jack in.
Plymouth-born supermodel Rosie previously said she missed home and the British humour while living in the States.
It was then reported that she and her actor fiancé Jason, 53, had sold their £14million Malibu mansion and were looking to upgrade to their dream home.
The couple got engaged in 2016 and are yet to seal the deal.
Speaking about their long-engagement in 2018, supermodel Rosie told Extra: "I think the time will come.
"We've been so focused on our work for so long, and Jack came along. We definitely talk about it. We're looking forward to that time. It's also not a huge priority for us; we're so happy.
"I think it will be fun to do it when the baby's grown up a bit and he can be involved in the wedding," she added.
The good-looking pair first met on the set of Transformers: Dark of the Moon back in 2010.
On the secret to being a rare long-term couple living in Hollywood, Rosie told Elle Australia: "We just kind of get on with things. We're pretty normal—we're not leaving restaurants separately.
"People want to live on camera 24/7 but that's not us," Rosie added.
Before finding love with Rosie, Jason dated another British model - Kelly Brook - who he was with for seven years before they split in 2004.
