Rosanna Davison will appear on Late Late Show to talk about surrogacy journey and having baby daughter

Rosanna Davison will appear on tonight's Late Late Show to talk about her surrogacy journey after welcoming baby daughter Sophia last November.

The model took to Instagram to share the news alongside a photo of herself cradling the three-month-old tot.

Dubliner Rosanna revealed: "I’ll be on @latelaterte  tonight speaking about our surrogacy journey, the challenges and heartache we faced on our road to parenthood, and how it felt to finally hold our beautiful baby girl in our arms.

"I hope that by sharing the full story, I’ll give some confidence and inspiration to other couples in the position we were in, and help to contribute to the important conversation about fertility, miscarriage and the struggles that so many people face on what can be a difficult and lonely route to creating a family. I still find it quite a tough and emotional story to tell..."

Rosanna, 35, and her husband Wesley Quirke faced a difficult route to parenthood after the model suffered several heartbreaking miscarriages.

Happily, their dreams came true when baby Sophia was born via a surrogate in the Ukraine in November of last year.

The model has been keeping her 180,000 followers up to date with her journey, telling how her life has changed since welcoming Sophia into her life.

And despite the late-night feeds and endless nappy changes, she said she is loving life as a mum at last.
