The former Miss World and mother-to-be took gushed about her hubby of five years as the couple prepare to welcome their first baby in November.
Posting a throwback snap from their wedding day, she said: “Happiest of birthdays to my husband, fave person, best pal, travel companion and partner in crime Wesley Quirke.
“And now for our next juggling trick... parenthood!
“You deserve all the happiness in the world and I can’t wait for you to become a dad.”
The mum-to-be revealed in late July that she was expecting a baby with husband Wes through surrogacy after suffering numerous miscarriages.
The 35-year-old said the couple were “overjoyed” after opening up about the fertility issues she and Wes faced on their journey to parenthood.
The couple, who wed in Ibiza in June 2014, have been widely praised for sharing their story so openly.
