Rosanna Davison has given birth to identical twin boys as she said her family's "hearts are bursting with love".
The former Miss World shared a snap from her hospital bed with husband Wes Quirke today, which showed her holding the babies.
The couple named the children Hugo and Oscar and they will join Sophia in the new family of five.
Rosanna thanked the National Maternity Hospital in the Instagram post and said "all our dreams have come true".
She said: "Our beautiful and healthy identical twin baby boys, Hugo and Oscar, arrived safely into the world this morning and our hearts are bursting with love.
"️Just like that, we’ve become a family of five and all our dreams have come true.
"We’re deeply grateful to the wonderful, hardworking team at @nationalmaternityhospital for all of their kindness and support."
