Rosanna Davison 'emotional' after finally getting go-ahead to bring twins home

Rosanna Davison revealed she’s bursting with emotion as she finally got the go-ahead from hospital to bring her twins home.

The former Miss World gave birth to her “miracle” identical boys Oscar and Hugo last Wednesday at 35 weeks.

And after a week under the care of the nurses and staff at The National Maternity Hospital, the mum of three said she was dying to bring the babies home to meet their big sister Sophia.

Posing at the neonatal hospital ward doors with the twins ready to go in their car seats, she wrote: “It’s a big day for our little family.

“As Hugo and Oscar were born at 35 weeks, they needed a little extra TLC in the National Maternity Hospital Neonatal ward to make sure they were ready to come home to us. And today is the big day.”

“I’m just a little bit emotional,” she admitted.

“Thank you so much to the incredible team in NICU for keeping our twinnies safe and healthy all week.

“Now to bring them home to meet their big sister and start our lives as a family of five.”

It comes as the model opened up on how she is adjusting to life as she reunited with daughter Sophia during the week.

Posting an image of her new morning routine, which includes multitasking to feed all three of her babies, Rosanna said: “Momma multitasking; double pumping while giving Sophia her porridge.”

Earlier in the week Rosanna shared her heartbreak at missing Sophia’s first birthday over the weekend.

She wrote: “I’m a bit heartbroken not to be home with Sophia on her first birthday but we’ll celebrate and spoil her next weekend instead.

“Hope she appreciates the present of two baby brothers.”

Rosanna and her hubby Wes Quirke welcomed Sophia via surrogacy last November, following years of fertility struggles and 14 devastating miscarriages.
