Rosanna Davison celebrates daughter Sophia's first birthday days after giving birth to miracle twins

Rosanna Davison wished her baby girl Sophia a happy first birthday from hospital yesterday just days after giving birth to her miracle twins.

The Irish beauty shared a snap of herself cradling the adorable tot beaming as she celebrated one year since the child’s birth.

She wrote: “Our baby girl is one today. Hard to believe that Sophia arrived into the world a year ago... and what a year it’s been! Cake, balloons, cuddles and pressies planned for a belated celebration when I’m home from hospital.”

Rosanna admitted she was “a bit heartbroken” that she couldn’t spend the day with Sophia but promised she’d make it up to her when she got home from Dublin’s National Maternity Hospital.

In a separate post she wrote: “We’ll celebrate and spoil her next weekend instead. Hope she appreciates the present of two brothers.”

Rosanna and husband Wes Quirke welcomed “beautiful and healthy” identical twin boys Hugo and Oscar on Wednesday last week to their family.

Upon their arrival the 36-year-old former Miss World said: “Our hearts are bursting with love.

“Just like that, we’ve become a family of five and all our dreams have come true.
