Rosanna Davison said she’s 'absolutely heartbroken' as she announced the death of her beloved dog Leo.
The former Miss World winner took to Instagram to share the sad news with her friends and fans on Monday.
The mum-of-three wrote: “Sad news from our home this morning.
“We woke to discover that our gorgeous, gentle dog Leo had passed away peacefully in his sleep.”
The model turned author and nutrition expert often gushes over her Pomeranian pets Leo and Ted, and how much joy they brought her family over the years.
She said the death came as a shock, and encouraged her followers to give their precious pets extra love today.
“He was only 8 and had slowed down in recent months, but it’s been a huge shock and we’re absolutely heartbroken,” she said.
“Give your pets an extra cuddle today.
“Rest in peace Leo x”
Rosanna had previously revealed that she's so attached to her pet pooches, she calls them up via FaceTime when she's on holidays with husband Wes.
The star has also done various photoshoots with her precious pooches, and recently posed with her beloved pets to launch of Barking Mad Pet Boutique's summer range of dog and cat lovers natural food and treats.
Rosanna added: "Everyone has been spending a lot more time at home over the past year.
"Our gorgeous Pomeranians Ted and Leo have been ever present in bringing happiness, laughter and love, to our home.
"I must admit... three babies and two dogs is certainly a lot of fun!”
