Rosa's Bus: The Ride to Civil Rights by Jo S. Kittinger - review

Jo S. Kittinger, (Rosa

This is a history book. It is set in the time when black people weren't allowed on buses and they had to sit in the back, and they always had to let white people go into their seats. This book tells the story of revolution. Wahoo!

Bus #2857 is famous but Rosa Parks is more famous. It all started in 1948. That was when the bus was made. Civil rights started all in that bus. Black people sit at the back. In 1955, Rosa Parks didn't move. That started the protest because Rosa went to jail. The book is a bit boring. There's honestly not enough detail for me and it also doesn't have a lot of excitement. The best thing about the book is that it's got a happy ending for the bus.
