An outrageous advert seeking for a new flatmate in Leeds city centre has gone live.
The ad posted on spareroom.com says the space is ‘ideal’ for professionals and post-graduate students.
The large double bedroom with an en-suite will cost £600 per calendar month and is initially to rent for three months, all bills are included and it states there is also a “fantastic skyline view”.
While the list is not absurd in any way, it should be mentioned the room is available from Monday to Friday with NO kitchen access.
However, there are facilities such as a mini-fridge, kettle and microwave in the room.
The full post reads: “Large double bedroom with en-suite to let in Leeds City Centre.
“Ideal for professionals and postgraduate students.
“Please note Mon-Fri only, with no kitchen access. There are amenities in the room such as a microwave, mini-fridge and kettle.
“INITIAL 3 MONTHS LET
“Ideal for professionals contracting in the week and postgraduate students.
“I am looking for a tidy and considerate flatmate. I am a full-time professional that works in the city centre.
“All bills are included and balcony access from your room with a fantastic skyline view.
