A woman has shared her astonishment after opening up a secret room in her great-grandmother's house that had been sealed off after her death.
According to Dayanne Flores, her grandmother had told her that the mysterious room hadn't been opened since her great-grandmother's death, 20 years before.
When her grandmother also passed away, Dayanne and her siblings were curious to know what exactly was behind the sealed wooden door and decided to shove it open for themselves, sharing footage of their discovery via TikTok.
A number of those who've seen the two videos shared by the inquisitive siblings say the find has given them "chills".

After forcing open the door at the family home in Sonora, Mexico, Dayanne and her siblings discovered the room contained several Catholic statues, as well as religious paintings, and stacked boxes.
The room was also filled with old furniture, plus various trinkets and items which had once belonged to their late great-grandmother.
Dayanne said: "Inside, there were many religious things, many things piled up."

Going forward, the family intends to clear the room eventually, and have plans to remodel it at some point in the near future.
For now, however, it remains an eerie time capsule untouched for two decades.
The two intriguing clips ended up going viral, clocking up 45.2 million and 8.7 million views respectively, and many of Dayanne's followers were left captivated and unnerved by the find.

One person shuddered: "When you showed what was inside, it gave me chills."
A second person agreed: "You can feel the energy. Omg."
A third warned they had just opened Pandora's box", while a fourth frightened individual claimed that "most of the statues of Saints had black eyes."
A fifth person noted: "In more than 20 years, two earthquakes have hit and no saint has fallen."
