Steelers safety Antoine Brooks, who was activated for the Steelers-Cowboys game, was reverted to the practice squad on Monday per the transaction wire.
Brooks played in five special teams snaps.
Of the three other players activated from the practice squad this week — wide receiver Deon Cain, linebacker Jayrone Elliott and running back Wendell Smallwood — Brooks is the only one reverted to the inactive list.
Pittsburgh is scheduled to announce Week 10 protections Tuesday.
