Ronnie Wood has surprised fans with a major announcement just hours ahead of his highly anticipated Glastonbury appearance with Sir Rod Stewart on Sunday afternoon.
The Rolling Stones guitarist, who will join Stewart on the Pyramid Stage for his headline Legends Slot at 3.45pm today, revealed the release of a brand-new collection of artwork, including three limited-edition pieces.
The works celebrate not only their Glastonbury performance but also their decades-long musical and personal connection.
“Ronnie is releasing three new artworks in his online art store to celebrate Glastonbury Festivals,” his team confirmed via Wood’s official Instagram account on Sunday morning.
Among the new pieces is a lithograph of the 2013 Rolling Stones Glastonbury setlist, priced at £80. It was the legendary band’s first-ever appearance at the festival, when they played an electrifying two-hour set to a record-breaking Pyramid Stage crowd.
The first 500 customers to purchase the piece will receive a limited-edition Ronnie Wood Glastonbury plectrum as a bonus.
Wood, who is as prolific with a paintbrush as he is with a guitar, also revealed two new prints in homage to the Faces, the band he and Stewart fronted in the early 1970s before their respective careers skyrocketed.
The artworks - We’ll Meet Again II and We’ll Drink These Fish - are both priced at £399 and nod to their rock’n’roll heyday.
We’ll Meet Again II is now available in colour for the first time, while We’ll Drink These Fish is a playful reworking of an original 1974 advert Wood designed to promote the Faces single You Can Make Me Dance, Sing or Anything.
The artwork features surrealist touches and Wood’s signature expressive style.

The third piece is a striking portrait of Stewart, titled simply Rod, capturing the singer’s familiar tousled hair and unmistakable swagger. It’s priced at £750 and comes hand-signed and numbered by Wood.
Fans were quick to share their excitement, with many touched by the sentimental significance of the release.
“It’s a pinch me moment that myself, my husband and my best friend saw you all at Glastonbury. Thank you for that incredible night,” wrote one. Another added: “Nailed it with the ‘from the back’ drawing. So good.”

Wood, 78, and Stewart, 80, have remained close since their days with the Faces, despite their divergent career paths - Stewart as a global chart-topping pop icon and Wood as one of rock’s most enduring guitarists with The Stones.
Their Glastonbury reunion today is expected to be a highlight of the weekend. It will mark the pair’s first performance together on a major stage in several years.

Speaking in the run-up to the performance, Stewart said of his friendship with Wood: “We have the same sense of humour. [W]hen we get together and we start talking to each other, [people around us] go, ‘Christ, it’s like you two are in 1975. … You’re exactly the same. You still laugh at the same thing.’”
Stewart continued, “And we’ve got the same nose, same haircuts, and same sex habits, apparently... We’re brothers.”
Wood’s new art collection is available now via his official online store.
