Ronnie O'Sullivan is selling his canal boat and wants nearly £130,000 for it

Snooker star Ronnie O’Sullivan is hoping someone will splash out £129,950 for his luxury canal boat.

The world number one moved into the floating home last year, saying he loved the “calmness” of life on the water.

But The Rocket’s hectic international schedule means he has little spare time to enjoy it.

Ronnie, 43, said: “It’s nice but I just didn’t use it enough.

“I thought, ‘It’s got to go’. One day, I’ll probably get one again. But the time’s not right.”

The blue and cream Morfe Lady Three barge is 60ft long and twice the width of a traditional narrowboat.

It has a fully fitted kitchen and the bedroom has enough space for a king-size double bed.

The living space is completed by a saloon with a flatscreen TV and fireplace.

Five-times world champion Ronnie is selling the Morfe Lady Three through New and Used Boat Company in Droitwich Spa, Worcestershire.

In May, O'Sullivan revealed that he would not be playing big snooker tournaments any more, including the World Championship.

He told the Daily Telegraph: "I only want to play a few games to keep a bit of interest. Maybe three or four tournaments a year - low-key ones, where there is no media (duty).

"So I will miss the Masters, the World Championship and the UK (Championship). I don't even want to play in the World Championship - all the press and media they want you to (do), I'm not here for that.

"I've won it five times. It ain't worth the blood, sweat and tears to me now. That tournament? Probably not for me any more."
