Ronan Keating's wife Storm's 'indescribable' bond with her kids after breastfeeding them

Storm Keating has opened up about motherhood - and how breastfeeding her kids has given her some of the most "magical moments."

The mum-of-two shares three-year-old Cooper and five-month-old Coco Knox with hubby Ronan.

The 38-year-old told that breastfeeding her children was "truly unlike anything else", despite it presenting it's difficulties.

In an image shared with MailOnline, Storm nails summer chic in a blue sleeveless top and sun hat, while cradling little Coco.

"Some of the most magical moments I've shared with my kids are while breastfeeding," she revealed.

"They way they look at you; their little smiles; that indescribable connection that is truly unlike anything else."

Describing her experiences for World Breastfeeding Week, Storm added that it's not without it's struggles.

"Let's face it," she said, "It's not a walk in the park the first time around and can be really difficult - getting the technique right, coping with the pain, engorgement and cracked nipples."

She also offered supportive words to other mums, insisting breastfeeding beyond the "first few weeks" is "truly one of the most amazing things in the world."

"We are all mummies doing our best to nourish our babies the best way we know we can," Storm went on.

This comes shortly after Ronan told Australian radio station Nova's Fitzy and Wippa that they'd had "bizarre and tough" experiences as parents to young kids during the coronavirus crisis.

He shares Jack, 21, Missy, 19 and Ali, 14 with ex-wife Yvonne Connolly.

The Boyzone star told: "It was unique, it was bizarre to be honest...it was a bit weird not to have the other kids there.

"It's a weird time, the world is a mad place right now it's bananas."

Ronan went on: "Luckily [Storm's] mum was with us when Coco was born, she flew out from Australia just before lockdown.

"She was with us for six weeks and when she went back she had to quarantine in a hotel in Sydney for two weeks."

And in an interview with OK!, the star told that he and Storm don't have plans for any more kids.
