Portsmouth have called Ronan Curtis back to the club ahead of a potential return to training.
The Republic of Ireland international and former Derry City star was allowed to return home to Derry at the outset of the coronavirus pandemic.
Pompey boss Kenny Jackett felt it best that those living overseas be allowed to spend time with their families.
But with League One clubs hopeful that training might resume on May 16, Jackett has recalled them all.
Jackett told 'The News': “Ronan came back on Friday. I felt up until the start of May he’d be okay over there with his family.
‘With May being here now he does need to be here and around if we’re to get going in June.
“So he came back on Friday on the ferry from Belfast to Liverpool and made his way down.”
Games in England are suspended until at least June 6 and the British government will address its lockdown measures this weekend.
