Ron Ely's killer son 'tried to blame him for his wife's murder' in 'unintelligible' 911 call

Ron Ely's son tried to blame him for killing his own wife when he rang the police after the murder, it's claimed.

Valerie Lundeen Ely, 62, was killed in the brutal stabbing which unfolded at her home in Hope Ranch, California on Tuesday night.

TMZ has obtained a recording of a conversation between two operators who discussed Cameron Ely's 911 phone call.

In a call said to be made shortly after Valerine's death, Cameron allegedly told police that his dad had tried to attack his mum and he had defended her.

One says: "They said the father tried to attack the mother. Someone defended someone and then they hung up.
