Romeo Beckham snubs estranged brother Brooklyn in New Year's post amid ongoing family feud

Romeo Beckham appeared to snub his older brother Brooklyn in his 2025 round-up after omitting him from a social media post.

The 22-year-old model tagged his parents, Victoria and David Beckham, as well as his siblings Harper and Cruz, and his girlfriend Kim Turnbull, in the post marking the end of 2025.

However, his eldest brother Brooklyn was notably absent.

The omission comes despite David Beckham recently extending what appeared to be the biggest olive branch yet in the alleged family rift, after sharing a photo of Brooklyn accompanied by the message: “Love you all so much.”

Romeo shared images of his year, including his family’s summer boat trip, David’s medal from his knighthood, a photo of him hugging his brother Cruz and several pictures of him with his girlfriend Kim.

Shortly before Romeo’s post, David described his wife and children as his “life” in an emotional address on Instagram. In his series of pictures, David included his eldest son Brooklyn.

It comes amid an alleged ongoing family feud between Brooklyn and the rest of the Beckhams, with minimal details known so far.

Brooklyn has been notably absent from major family events throughout the year, including his father’s milestone 50th birthday celebrations and his long-awaited investiture at Windsor Castle.

The cooking influencer also failed to attend the launch of his mother’s hit Netflix series and skipped her annual fashion shows in Paris, New York and London, instead spending much of the year in the US with his American wife, Nicola Peltz.

In another post, David said 2025 was one he will “forever remember” as he welcomed in the new year. The former footballer posted a selection of photos on social media reminiscing over the last 12 months.

In a post on Instagram, Sir David remembered his 50th birthday, his knighthood, and winning the Major League Soccer (MLS) Cup as a club owner.

He wrote on Wednesday: “I feel very lucky to have had the year I’ve had in 2025 full of moments that I will never forget from my 50th to my knighthood (still pinching myself) and then finishing with winning the MLS as an owner, I’m so grateful to my incredible wife, my amazing children, my friends and team I work with every single day nothing would have been possible without you all…

“But as Sir Alex Ferguson would say “Onto the the next”. Thank you for the incredible memories, I will forever remember 2025.”
