Romeo Beckham fined £440 for using phone while driving supercar

• Romeo Beckham was fined £440 and received three penalty points for using his mobile phone while driving his Porsche 911 in Westminster last September.
• A police officer saw Beckham with both hands on his phone instead of the steering wheel, appearing distracted, while stationary at a red light.
• An unrestrained dog was also present on the passenger's lap, with the passenger also looking at her phone.
• Beckham was found guilty at Westminster Magistrates’ Court of being a driver not in a position to have proper control and ordered to pay additional court costs and a victim surcharge.
• The incident occurred almost exactly seven years after his father, Sir David Beckham, received a driving ban for a similar mobile phone offence.
