Roman Kemp fumes as 'greedy' girlfriend empties house of precious crisps during quarantine

Roman Kemp has gotten candid about his experience with self isolation.

The Capital Breakfast radio show host, 27, this morning shared exactly why he's finding it rather difficult.

Frustrated Roman is enjoying some quality time with his stunning girlfriend Anne-Sophie Flury, 26, as the pair make the most of being cooped up together during the coronavirus pandemic.

Despite the fact that the 27-year-old loves nothing more than spending time with the brunette beauty, Roman shared a rather hilarious self isolation annoyance on his breakfast show this morning.

The former I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here finalist revealed that he is incredibly particular about his choice of crisps.

So when he endured his daily trip to Sainsburys at the start of the week to pick up the 'essesntials', he was beside himself when he spotted one last six pack of Walkers salt and vinegar crisps.

Feeling as though he had 'won the world cup' after getting his hands on the golden goods, Roman skipped home to his humble abode to share the good news with his housemate and girlfriend.

The star explained that he was so looking forward to enjoying the crisps throughout the week as he had intended on rationing them - what with them being such a precious essential to him.

However, he continued by explaining that he was left in horror after he came home from work the next day to find the six packets of crisps gone.

Like anyone would, Roman's beloved girlfriend had succumbed to temptation due to self isolation boredom.

"I was fuming. I was like that's not fair. You're going to have to replace them babe" he told listeners.

"Soph promised she would replace them, and told me not to worry. But to my utter horror, I came home again the next day to find a share pack of bloody Snack O' Jacks looking at me from the cupboard".

"I told her that wasn't a fair replacement and she said 'okay fine, I'll get you the proper ones".

Roman admitted defeat on the third day after discovering that his girlfriend had come home from the shops with yet another disappointing replacement for his beloved salt and vinegar Walkers.

He quipped: "Do you know what she got me instead? She got me Sainsbury's own brand salt and vinegar crisps.

"It just wasn't on to be honest" he added.

The presenter added that he's learning a lot about his stunning girlfriend while they are forced together in self isolation.

"You know what though, I'm really learning a lot about my Soph. Probably more so than I have in the past two years".

The pair have been together since 2018 and had to spend eight moths apart while Anne-Sophie lived in Hong Kong.
