Felix, who is valued at £63 million by Transfermarkt, hasn't been able to sustain a healthy run of form under Simeone at the Wanda Metropolitano, starting just four La Liga clashes this season.
While a move for the youngster could prove costly, having joined Atletico from Benfica in 2019 for £114 million, if Tuchel were able to ignite Felix's flame in the Chelsea front three then the Blues would hit the jackpot.
