Reviewers aplenty have described The Rolling Stones as “out of this world” - and here’s Ronnie Wood, enjoying an “out of this world” experience of his own.
The band were given a private tour of NASA’s HQ during a break from their North American tour, by astronaut Shane Kimborugh.
Well, they’re used to being 2000 Light Years From Home...
Ronnie Wood and his wife, Sally got a snap in the cockpit before he autographed the spaceship, where he excitedly posed alongside an astronaut, while Mick Jagger’s daughter Georgia May admired the International Space Station from the Mission Control Centre in Houston, Texas.

It’s no 72-year-old Ronnie is a space fan he’s already experienced seeing a UFO while on holiday with his ex-wife Jo Wood.
The pair were on holiday in Brazil, when he spotted the unusual object at the beach.
She revealed: “He was in the garden in this house by the beach and he said, ‘Jo, quick, there’s some weird lights out here, come and have a look at this.’

"And I thought, ‘What’s he up to? He’s mad.’”
She went out and saw a shape with lights over the sea, adding: “It just lifted up and it went to the right and it was gone, like nothing I’d ever seen on Earth, there was no noise, nothing.”
Meanwhile Ronnie’s bandmate, Keith Richards previously revealed he believes in aliens too, admitting: “I can’t wait to meet them, I know they are there.
"Lets hope they are there we need some help.”
