Wirral community policing Chief Inspector Roger Pegram said to the ECHO : “We will continue with our work because we know the impact that drug supply, its associated criminality and the people responsible for importing it has on the communities of Merseyside.

“We cannot do this without the help of the public and would urge anyone with information on the supply of drugs or individuals involved in serious and organised crime, to please get in touch, either directly through us or through Crimestoppers, completely anonymously on 0800 555 111."
