Qualifying rounds will be held March 23-24 and will reveal the other 12 slots in each singles' draw. Along with the qualifiers, the Miami Open will determine wild cards for five men and eight women.

The first round of the women's main draw will be on March 24, while the men's main draw will begin on March 25.
