Rodrigo makes full debut as Marcelo Bielsa makes 11 changes to his Leeds United side for Hull

Marcelo Bielsa has made a full team's worth of changes to his Leeds United sde for tonight's Carabao Cup clash against Hull City.

The Whites suffered a 4-3 defeat at Liverpool when they kicked off their Premier League campaign on Saturday, but Bielsa has opted to field an entirely different starting XI, which sees record signing Rodrigo handed a first start, while 17-year-old Charlie Cresswell makes his Whites debut.

Kiko Casilla returns in goal and will captain the side, with defenders Leif Davis, Oliver Casey, Cresswell and Barry Douglas in the team.

Midfielders Jamie Shackleton Mateusz Bogusz start, as do Ian Poveda and Gjanni Alioski who will likely operate on the flanks.

Tyler Roberts will play behind Rodrigo up front.

In terms of formation, Shackleton is a candidate to play at right-back, which could mean Casey is in the defensive midfielder role of Bielsa's favoured 4-1-4-1 set-up.

The bench is made up of Illan Meslier, Pascal Struijk, Kalvin Phillips, Robbie Gotts, Jack Harrison, Alfie McCalmont and Patrick Bamford.

The winners of tonight's match will play away to West Ham in the third round next week.

Should the match be level after 90 minutes, the tie will go straight to penalties.

Leeds United: Casilla, Davis, Casey, Cresswell, Douglas, Shackleton, Bogusz, Poveda, Alioski, Roberts, Rodrigo

Subs: Meslier, Struijk, Phillips, Gotts, Harrison, McCalmont, Bamford
