Rodrigo Blankenship named SEC Special Teams Player of the Week

The Southeastern Conference has just released its week six players of the week. Georgia Bulldogs graduate senior kicker Rodrigo Blankenship won the SEC Special Teams Player of the Week award yet again.

Graduate senior kicker Rodrigo Blankenship went 3 for 3 on field goals, including a 50 yarder. Blankenship hit all four of his extra points, continuing his record-setting streak . He was named the SEC special teams player of the week in week one too.

Blankenship is now 11-11 on the year including two makes of over fifty yards. Blankenship has missed just eleven field goals in his four year career.
