The 36-year-old so-called Human Ken Doll looked sensational in the daring outfit on Saturday night, and proudly showed off the results of her face feminisation after transitioning in January.
She stepped foot into her friend's birthday bash at Golden Bee in Shoreditch, East London, clad in a plunging neckline bodysuit and a vibrant hot pink PVC mini-skirt.
The telly personality put on an extremely busty display in the low-cut long-sleeve top, after having breast implants during her journey to becoming a woman.
Keeping her outfit super classy, Roddy added matching stiletto boots and a simple gold necklace for that extra detail.
She also added a black fluffy feather clutch bag for finishing touches, and donned full-glam make-up for the fun-filled night out.
The Celebrity Big Brother star posed for several pictures before she headed into the Brazilian-themed club.

Since coming out as transgender, Roddy had new breast implants put in during a trip to Turkey, and according to Mail Online , she underwent facial feminisation surgery at 2pass clinic in Antwerp, Belgium.
The publication reported that the gruelling £25,000 surgery included "Type III brow bone reduction (with a brow lift and hairline lowering), Temporal PEEK implants, Chin and jaw recontouring and a Tracheal shave" performed by Dr Bart Van de Ven.
She's been living as a woman since September 2019 in countries where she is not recognised by the public.
However, the Brazilian star unveiled her new identity and bravely came out as a transgender woman on an Italian chat show in the new year.
Roddy had been undergoing hormone injections and now wears hair extensions and lashes to embrace her authentic self.
Alves had previously undergone more than 100 cosmetic procedures, spending over half a million pounds on liposuction, gel fillers across the shoulders, triceps, and biceps, facelifts, and 11 rhinoplasties.
