He's without a doubt a music legend and soon it will be time for Rod Stewart to bring his latest tour to Newcastle.
Last in the North East a few years ago for a sell out gig at the Riverside ground in Chester-le-Street, Rod always goes down a treat when he comes to the region and there are sure to be no shortage of takers to see him when he arrives at the Utilita Arena on Tuesday, June 9.

As one of the best-selling artists in the history of recorded music, with more than 200 million records sold worldwide, his performance will include show stopping classics spanning five decades including Maggie May, Da Ya Think I’m Sexy, Baby Jane, The First Cut is the Deepest and I Don’t Want to Talk About it.
The tour follows on from the release of Rod's latest album Blood Red Roses, which was released at the end of last year.
Rod's summer dates so far have included stadium shows in the likes of Wolverhampton, Bristol and Bolton and, based on the setlists of those shows, these are the songs you can expect him to sing in Newcastle...
