Rod Stewart's former model wife Penny Lancaster was 'mistaken for his daughter Kimberly' by Loose Women's Charlene White.
The embarrassing but hilarious moment happened during a conversation about breastfeeding.
There are only eight years between Penny and Rod's daughter Kimberley and the two women gave birth to their children just one year apart.
Penny revealed on the show that she lent some of her breast milk for her child Aiden, now ten, for Kimberly to use when she was struggling to nurse her daughter Delilah, now nine.

Charlene who has only been officially hosting the show since February asked Penny about her experiences of breastfeeding her baby.
She said: 'What about yours, Kimberly?'
Penny, 49, who married Rod, now 76, in 2007 laughed: "Um, I'm Penny!"
And Charlene apologised: "Sorry it's all the breastfeeding talk, it's got me mixed up!"

During the chat Penny said: "I was breastfeeding Aiden and she was breastfeeding her new baby Delilah.
"I was actually weening off breastfeeding so producing less and less. And I got a call for some help."
After a discussion with Kimberly and her mum Alana Stewart who was Rod's first wife, and a breastfeeding expert, Penny says she decided to help out.
She said: "I started expressing again and producing bottles of milk for her for about two weeks."
