Animal welfare experts are appealing for a new home for a young dog in their care.
Rocky is a two-year-old Malamute cross currently living at Dogs Trust West Calder.
RHis carers say he is a friendly boy who loves to be around his family, enjoying a belly rub or a cuddle.
A spokeswoman for Dogs Trist said: “Rocky is full of energy and loves to play a game of hide and seek with you.
“He can be a little guardy of items and suspicious that toys and toys might be taken from him. He needs an owner willing to be calm and help him trust.
“Rocky enjoys meeting other dogs out on his walks but as he doesn’t like to share, would prefer to be the only pet in the house. He is a young, lively dog who needs an active owner. He is house-trained, can be left alone for short periods, and travels well in the car.”
If you think you think you could provide a home for Rocky or any of the 50 dogs currently available for rehoming, please contact the centre on 01506 873459.
