Rocky Horror Picture Show is being shown at outdoor cinema in Botanic Gardens

The Rocky Horror Picture Show is being screened in an outdoor cinema at the Botanic Gardens this summer.

The cult classic airs at the west end park at 9pm on Friday August 16... and you're encouraged to dress up too.

It's part of the park's Boogie in the Botanics – a run of classic dance films to be shown on the big screen this summer – with Dirty Dancing, Saturday Night Fever and Singing In The Rain also on the calendar.

Guests are asked to bring their own seating and blankets. You can also bring your own picnic, though there will also be a late-night kiosk selling hot dogs, popcorn and soft drinks on the night.

And yes, your dog can come along, providing you bring a lead.

Unfortunately, you can't bring alcohol to the event. We don't make the rules!

You ready to do the Time Warp again? Tickets are a fiver and you can get them here.
