The Houston Rockets on Thursday unveiled a new secondary logo.
A video posted on the team’s Facebook page also reveals that the Rockets will wear new uniforms next season, which will be revealed on June 20.
The new secondary logo is a large gray basketball with a black, gray and white Saturn-like ring that says “Houston Rockets.” In the center of the planet is the Rockets’ primary red “R” logo, which will continue to be the team’s primary logo.
It is cool to see the team embracing the space-theme of their name, but the verdict is still out on if fans like the new look.
