The Rocket League x The Simpsons collab is live and offers unlockable free rewards, plus the option to ride in and pimp out Homer’s car.
Yes, just like in the PS2 game The Simpsons: Hit n Run, you’ll be able to drive Homer’s pink sedan, aka the 1973 Plymouth Valiant—the beast itself.
Alongside this collab, Epic Games is also running a The Simpsons collab in Fortnite, meaning certain rewards—the paid ones—are transferable between the two games.
If you’re not keen on spending credits, fear not, for there are also free rewards. Here’s how to unlock them and complete the challenges.
Unlock Rocket League x The Simpsons free rewards

As part of the collaboration which will run until Nov. 17, Rocket League players will be able to unlock seven free rewards, each with a specific tie to the TV show.
For example, the show has run for 37 seasons, and you will need 37 Centers and Clears in Online matches to unlock the Ribwich Fever Rocket Boost.

Each of the free rewards in the Rocket League x The Simpsons collab is tied to a challenge. In addition, there’s an unlimited Challenge awarding 20,000 XP each time.
Challenges
Below you can find each challenge and their corresponding reward in-game. Remember you have until Nov. 17 to complete all the challenges, after which point realistically these DLC items are unlikely to make a comeback.
| Challenge | Reward |
| Earn 24,601 XP in Online Matches | Blinky Topper |
| Driver 8,128 meters in Online Matches | Chalk Board Lines Trail |
| Get a Save or a Win in 2 Online Matches | Homer’s Hedges Rocket Boost |
| Collect 742 boost pickups | Waste Wheels |
| Get 37 Centers or Clears in Online Matches | Ribwich Fever Rocket Boost |
| Gain 3 XP Levels | Rigellian Topper |
| Get 10 Saves or Epic Saves in Online Matches | Stonecutter White Walls Wheels |
How to unlock Homer’s Car in Rocket League

Unfortunately, while epic, Homer’s Car in Rocket League is not unlockable for free, and you will need to pay for it. The pink sedan will cost 2,200 credits, or the equivalent of $20.
Homer’s Car Bundle:
- Homer’s Car body
- Homer’s Car Radioactive Man Animated Decal
- Homer’s Car Krusty Burger Animated Decal
- Homer’s Car Springfield Isotopes Decal
- Homer’s Wheels
- Homer’s Car Engine Audio
One perk is Homer’s Car, the Wheels, and the three Decals are transferable to Fortnite, assuming you are using the same Epic Games account for both games.
We gathered a screenshot for each of the Decals to help you ponder if it’s worth the cash. Our favorite is Radioactive Man Animated Decal.

2,200 credits for a bundle isn’t too crazy, especially for a bout of nostalgia. The Simpsons is currently streaming on Hulu and Disney+ if you can’t justify the spend but still want the vibes.
The Rocket League x The Simpsons collab runs through Nov. 17, so jump in, rack up those Centers, and take Homer’s pink sedan for a spin before it disappears into the vault. Forever! (Probably.)
