Details: The Electron rocket lifted off at 2 a.m. ET from the company's New Zealand launch pad. The launch came hours after Elon Musk’s SpaceX launched a Falcon 9 rocket, which sent an unpiloted Dragon cargo capsule into orbit with supplies for the International Space Station's crew.
