Rochelle Humes runs off set after almost vomiting live on This Morning

Rochelle Humes had quite an eventful Friday as she hosted This Morning ahead of the weekend.

The mother-of-three joined Craig Doyle in the ITV studio to front another instalment of the ITV daytime show, but it got off to a dodgy start. As the duo opened the programme, they told viewers that they were about to taste test five different flavours of ice cream.

They had to guess which flavour each one was and were pleasantly surprised when the first one turned out to be Heinz baked beans. "What? What? It's nice! I don't understand what just happened there!" Rochelle shouted out.

As the pair moved on to the second sample, she commented: "This one looks a little bit more concerning to me, I don't know why." As she refused to smell it, Rochelle went straight in with a small spoonful but almost threw up as she did.

"Ugh! Oh no that is really not... have you tasted it yet? I really don't like that!" she told Craig as she covered her mouth. The former pop star questioned if it could be barbecue sauce flavour while Craig suggested it could be Bloody Mary flavour.

As Rochelle revealed the tub, the duo were shocked to find out it was Worcester sauce flavour. "Wow! Sorry but that is... that has knocked me," Rochelle admitted as they quickly moved onto sample number three.

The pair were impressed with the PG Tips flavour as well as the Frosties one, but Rochelle almost threw up again when she tried the Heinz ketchup ice cream. But the drama didn't end there as later on in the show the duo interviewed one pub manager about his supposed haunted pub in Cumbria.

When Rochelle asked Craig if he believed the story, a glass flew off the desk in the studio and smashed on the floor - which led to a frightened Rochelle running off set.

This Morning viewers had mixed opinions on the segment however, and took to Twitter to comment.

"Haha love watching @RochelleHumes and Craig eating ice cream. #ThisMorning," one person said, while another tweeted: "Screaming at @RochelleHumes & Craig’s faces tasting that ice cream then @thismorning."

A third viewer fumed: "Bloody Hell, how tedious is *this*..." while another penned: "This is the meaning of dead airtime."

This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV and ITV Hub.
