Rochelle Humes posts candid breastfeeding snap and updates fans on baby Blake’s health

Rochelle Humes shared a beautiful candid picture of herself breastfeeding her son as she settled into life as a mum-of-three.

The former Saturdays singer, who has been incredibly honest about her pregnancy struggles since welcoming her son Blake with husband Marvin Humes, took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a candid update with fans.

The brunette bombshell, 31, told her 2 million followers that she was feeling rather stressed after a trip to the doctors with her baby boy.

Rochelle looked beautiful, but worn out in the short clip which saw her hold her hand to her head while breastfeeding little Blake.

Alongside the video, the This Morning star revealed that dairy could be 'disagreeing' with her four-week-old son after a quick dash to the doctors.

Clearly stressed out by the news, Rochelle added that she would have to start 'double pumping' and adapt to a dairy-free diet.

She captioned the video: “Home from the docs... baby b hasn't been feeling great they think that dairy isn't agreeing with him.

“So, no more formula top ups... breast is best for the foreseeable.”

Later on, Rochelle updated fans on her diet as she revealed that she’s been drinking 'mother's milk' tea in a bid to boost lactation.

Despite the recent turn of events, Rochelle is over the moon about being a mum to Blake, as well as her daughters Alaia-Mai, seven and Valentina, three.

The proud mum is loving motherhood so much that she’s even suggested that she and Marvin are open to having another child.

Rochelle revealed that baby number four could be in their future during a Instagram Q and A earlier this month.

When a fan asked her if she’s planning on having more kids, she replied: “Um, I think so. That's the plan. I feel very lucky, very blessed to have three healthy children.

"And yeah, I think he will be. But I like to never say never."
