Rochelle Humes almost FLASHES live on This Morning in dance routine gone-wrong

TV favourite Rochelle Humes almost suffered a very awkward blunder live on air as she pulled her dress up a little too high while dancing.

The former The Saturdays singer almost flashed viewers at home as she busted out some moves with co-host John Barrowman in the Sunday edition of the show – which is compiled of pre-recorded segments alongside some new footage.

Excitedly shimmying while introducing an interview they had done with the Spice Girls, John hilariously mimicked Baby spice Emma Bunton's iconic moves.

However, when Rochelle did the same, she lifted her dress up and then quickly gasped when she realised how close she was to making the faux-pas.

"Oh wow," she giggled as before gasping at the camera.

Noticing Rochelle's error, John then warned her: "Not too high!"

"We won't do that again," she awkwardly laughed before continuing with the intro segment as if nothing had happened.

This isn't the only hilarious mishap Rochelle has endured while on the show, as things were thrown into chaos in December when the singer started choking mid-way through filming.

Rochelle first started choking after sipping some lavender and chamomile tea during Liz Earle's Christmas segment.

The singer started coughing after the tea "went down the wrong hole", leaving co-host Phillip Schofield to keep calm and carry on.

There were more fears for Rochelle when she started choking again after eating one of Jamie Oliver's cherries.

"I've done it again," admitted Rochelle as she started spluttering in the kitchen, before taking some time out in the corner of the set.

Jamie joked: "Don't worry my darling my cooking usually has this effect on people."
