Rochdale will host its first vegan market of 2021 this Saturday (July 24).
The market, which will take over the town centre's picturesque Riverside, will feature up to 20 stalls and a variety of cuisines.
They include a huge selection of vegan street food, artisan bakes, and craft cheeses.

Lewis Beresford, founder of Vegan Market Co — the firm behind the event this weekend — says local businesses are at the heart of what the market is about.
“We are so excited to be in Rochdale for the first time,” Mr Beresford added.
“We work hard to find the country’s leading vegan producers, from street food vendors and bakers to ethical clothing and cosmetic producers.
“We also work with many local businesses and can’t wait to give all of these fantastic producers the platform they deserve and introduce them to the wonderful people of Rochdale!”
As well as tasty culinary treats, the market will offer more from other vegan industries like handmade cosmetics, ethical clothing and jewellery, arts and crafts, and charity stalls.
Vegan Market Co says all of the items on sale will be created by a ‘selection of talented, ethical, and sustainable businesses’.
It also says it is doing its bit for the climate crisis by ‘offsetting the carbon footprint from each event’, and ‘planting a tree for every business that takes part’.
Rochdale is one of 40 locations the company has nationwide, having started just five years ago, in 2016.
The Rochdale Riverside Vegan Market will be held on Rochdale Riverside and will run from 10:30am to 4pm on Saturday, July 24.
