The chief executive of Rochdale AFC, who are currently up for sale, has left his position by mutual consent.
David Bottomley had been in the role since December 2018.
A three-line statement published on the club's website said: "The club thanks David for his contribution and wishes him well for the future."
Mr Bottomley had first joined the club from his position as commercial director at Asobi Ltd having previously been joint managing director at Trends UK for more than ten years.
Before that role he had been UK group sales director at toy giant Hasbro.
The change at the top comes after former airline pilot Simon Gauge was recently elected as chairman.
The Dale missed out on survival in League One last season.
The club were put up for sale after a pair of New York-based investment managers pulled out of talks to financially boost Rochdale AFC over "serious internal issues".
