Lassos are an essential tool to have if you want to catch more animals for your farm in Raise Animals. While playing the mini-game, you need the best Lassos to tame and catch the best animals. So, we’ve created this Raise Animals Lasso tier list that will help you decide which lassos to get and which ones to avoid.
Raise Animals Lasso Tier List
Lassos are obtained via the Lasso Gacha, right next to the Food Shop in Raise Animals. You need Rubies to roll in the Standard Banner and the Rate-Up Banner. Since Rubies are hard to come by, you want to save them for when the best Lassos appear in the Rate-Up Banner. That’s where our Raise Animals Lasso tier list comes in.
Considering the stats, strengths, and weaknesses of each lasso, we’ve ranked all the Lassos into five tiers, starting from the best (S Tier) to the worst (D Tier).
| Tier | Lasso |
|---|---|
| S | Bone Lasso, Trident Lasso |
| A | Rainbow Rope, Spectral Lasso, Anchor Lasso, Burning Chain Lasso |
| B | Thunder Rope, Dragon Loop, Prism Lasso |
| C | Shadow Rope, Phantom Rope, Crystal Lasso |
| D | Wooden Rope, Old Lasso, Rusty Rope, Hunter Loop, Steel Lasso, Iron Loop, Spirit Loop |

That concludes our Raise Animals Lasso tier list.
Apart from a few exceptions, the in-game rarities are a pretty good indication of how good (or bad) a lasso is. If you have enough Candy or Carols, buy any of the two S-Tier Lassos, and you won’t have to worry about changing them any time soon. Alternatively, collect some Rubies and get the Spectral or the Burning Chain Lasso.
Raise Animals FAQs
Lassos can be obtained by rolling at the Lasso Gacha in exchange for Rubies. Rolling in the Standard Banner will cost 50 Rubies for 1 Roll. The Rate-Up Banner costs 60 Rubies for 1 Roll. Some event-exclusive lassos, like the Trident Lasso and Bone Lasso, can be purchased for the event shops only.
The Trident Lasso can only be obtained from the Ocean Event Shop in exchange for Corals. Give the animals Medusa asks for to earn Corals, and then purchase the Trident Lasso from the Shop. You can also buy Seaweed and Medusa (Pet) from the same shop.
The Bone Lasso can only be obtained by talking to the Jack-O-Lantern NPC standing next to the witch cauldron. Go and talk to the Jack-O-Lantern and purchase the Bone Lasso for 12,000 Candy. You can earn candy by playing Trick-or-Treat with other players on your server.
The Trident Lasso and the Bone Lasso are currently the two best lassos in the game. Sadly, these are pay-to-win. The Burning Chain Lasso and the Anchor Lasso are the best free-to-play options.
Yes, you can trade lassos and animals in Raise Animals. With Update 2.5, the Trade feature was added to Raise Animals. Players who have clocked in 5 hours of playtime can use the feature to trade animals and lassos with other players in the game.
