Robin Lopez and Kris Dunn were fined, but no Bulls were suspended for their roles in Monday night's melee with the Thunder in Oklahoma City, the NBA announced Wednesday.
Two Thunder players were docked games. Guards Raymond Felton and Dennis Schroder will be suspended one game without pay for leaving the bench area and participating in the altercation.
Jim Boylen was not fined, with an NBA source saying the Bulls coach followed the league's desired protocol by pulling players from the pile.
The fracas started when Thunder star Russell Westbrook pushed away Dunn, who retaliated with a shove. Players from both sides jumped in, including the Thunder's Jerami Grant and the Bulls' Robin Lopez and Bobby Portis.
The league fined Lopez $25,000 for "escalating the altercation" and Dunn $15,000 for "instigating."
Boylen had no problem with any of their actions, saying Monday: "We've been talking about fighting for each other. We talk about being a pack of wolves, man. I thought we had some of that. I liked the look in our guys' eyes when that happened. It bonded them a little bit."
He called Dunn a "tough kid. He's going to stand his ground. And he's a very respectful kid. But everybody has a trigger point. I thought he felt he needed to do that."
Dunn said Monday of the incident: "Things just got out of hand."
Grant also was fined $20,000.
