Robin Hack leaves Celtic transfer door open as striker makes offers confession ahead of January window

Robin Hack has opened the door for a January move to Celtic after admitting he would be willing to listen to offers for him.

The Arminia Bielefeld striker was linked with a transfer to the Hoops in the summer, with Swiss side FC Basel also reportedly interested in the 24-year-old. Hack opted to stay in Germany and has been a huge success at the Bundesliga II club this season scoring nine goals in 19 games and contributing with six assists too. He previously played for Nurnberg and Hoffenheim.

That's led to further speculation in his homeland that the former Germany Under 21s forward will be leaving the club, although he still has two-and-a-half years left of his contract. That would mean Ange Postecoglou would need to fork out a decent fee in order to lure him to the Scottish Premiership champions. Hack said: "Basically, I'm feeling extremely good at the moment and I am enjoying playing with my club.

"Honestly, I don't want to leave yet, there's no reason for that at all. But if there was an option that would suit all sides, I would think about it.

"Nevertheless: It's been fun in Bielefeld lately. Everyone wants to get the most out of their career and of course I want that too. I want to play in a top league. That can either happen at Arminia Bielefeld or another club. In the summer, there were one or two opportunities abroad, so we will see what happens in January."
