Robert Mueller has delivered a statement into the investigation into alleged Russian interference in the 2016 US presidential election.
The US special counsel began his statement at 11am local time (4pm BST).
It is the first time he has spoken publicly about his investigation since his report was published in April.
Mr Mueller concluded there was no conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Moscow, but declined to make a judgment on whether President Donald Trump obstructed justice.
