Liverpool supporters are certainly keen on this relationship being rekindled at Anfield and believe Lewandowski would be a fantastic signing despite approaching the twilight of his career.
Given Bayern's valuation of Lewandowski, it's difficult to see any club making a serious move for a player who turns 33 next week.
