Robbie Williams has revealed that his daughter Teddy, seven, is a better singer than he is.
He has three children with wife Ayda Field - Theodora, known as Teddy, and Charlton, five, and Colette, one.
Speaking about their varying degrees of musical talent, he said: “I’m not the most talented singer in my family, my daughter is more talented than me."
"Teddy is a fantastic singer, really."
Speaking to the Daily Star , he added that he was already priming her for a pop career.
“Already she’s got a musical ear and it’s incredible", he said.
However, it seems Teddy gets that from her dad and not her mum.
Despite the married couple judging other singers on the X Factor , Robbie joked that Ayda can't hold a note.
“I am a better singer than Ayda" he confirmed, explaining she wanted to guest star on his album but he refused.
"Yeah she wanted to be on it but she didn’t quite make it, next time.”
Robbie's new album The Christmas present came out last week, and debuted top of the album charts.
The former Take That star said he is desperate for it to be number one at Christmas, and if it is, his celebration will he drastic.
“I want my album to be number one at Christmas", he said.
I have said I’ll run around my garden naked if it is.”
He also revealed his special trick to stop his three kids from waking up too early on Christmas Day - simply not telling them it's Christmas.
"What I might do is not tell them it’s Christmas, so then they don’t go up too early!", he joked.
“As they’re not excited and then I’ll go: ‘Surprise Santa has been!’.”
