Robbie Williams leaves St Barts as he's back on his feet after Covid-19 battle

Robbie Williams has flown home from St Barts after he fought off coronavirus.

The singer, 46, was struck down with the killer bug when he was on a family holiday on the Caribbean island with his wife Ayda Field, 41, and their four children after Christmas.

However, the Take That star insisted he only ever had "mild" symptoms and he's feeling much better following his recovery.

In fact, Robbie revealed he was back on his feet and doing 10,000 steps a day.

He told The Daily Star : "All is good. I’m fine. I’m good. I was good and I will be good."

"Mild. Mild. Mild. [symptoms] I’m doing at least 10,000 steps a day."

It's believed Robbie was self-isolating in total luxury at a £15,000-a-night villa for 14 days.

A source told the newspaper: "Robbie is now feeling better than ever.

"He has a treadmill set up in front of a TV where he is staying so he can get back to full health safely."

The Mirror has approached Robbie Williams' representatives for further comment.

Robbie was understood to have jetted out of the country on December 28 before the third national lockdown.

The chart-topper was last seen in public on January 2.

It's said the famous family had to extend their stay when the singer got sick.

A source told The Sun at the time: "Robbie's fairly sick.

"He's confined to the villa where he is staying with his family. It's not exactly the worst place in the world to be quarantined, although he cannot go to the beach.

"He will have to remain in quarantine for up to 14 days."
